Admissions Process

Admissions are handled at the individual campuses. You are welcome to come to one of the regularly scheduled tours to see the school first hand.

Admissions Process
Parents interested in applying for a child's admission must:

Complete and submit the online application form. (Coming Soon - March 2013)

Mail the $35.00 non-refundable application fee along with a copy of your child's birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if applicable).

These reports constitute an essential element in the admission process and therefore, must be submitted prior to acceptance:
+ Most recent copy of academic scores
+ Most recent copy of report card
+ Student Information Form

Spiritus Sanctus principal and staff will review the submitted information. If an opening becomes available, you will be contacted immediately. The school notifies the parents by means of a telephone call and letter and schedules an appointment with parents and applicant.

The applicant will spend a day at Spiritus Sanctus Academy. Placement testing will be given in reading, spelling, language and math. (Kindergarten students will be observed.)
The school will notify the parents regarding placement of the student. Upon acceptance, the non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 is due.

Admissions Policies are non-discriminatory in terms of sex, race, color, ethnicity, or national origin.

Students are accepted on the basis of meeting the standards of achievement and behavior. It is also the right and duty of the school to decline the application of students who require professional competency beyond staff training.

If we are unable to place your child for the coming school year, you will be contacted in the fall to re-activate your child's file. The application fee will be applied to the next school year.
